I’m a Columbia-trained psychologist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, and relationship challenges.
I help adults uncover and resolve the deeper causes of emotional pain—transforming stuck patterns into lasting growth.

My Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and often deeply clarifying.
We work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck—whether it’s unresolved trauma, learned coping patterns, or outdated self-beliefs—and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
With offices centrally located in Berkeley, California at Ashby & Shattuck, just one block from Ashby BART.
Therapy Modalities
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing and future envisioning.
Internal family systems (IFS) for inner parts work, emotional integration, and Self leadership.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for behavioral and cognitive change.
This blend supports both rapid relief and long-term transformation.
